Anthony has considerable experience during a 30-year career of providing transport planning advice across a wide range of sectors, including retail, mixed-use, residential, and employment. 

With a technical background and eye for detail, Anthony is able to provide significant and critical input on the potential effects of development schemes but is also experienced in negotiating and delivering comprehensive transport packages, as well as providing clients with necessary strategic and detailed advice.

He has significant experience working on DCO and NSIP schemes and in preparing evidence for Inquiries on complex schemes. Anthony has also acted as the Expert Witness on a variety of schemes.
