Marcus Della Croce having been closely involved in the project over recent years both at Rovia and his former employer. St William submitted a planning application in summer 2025 for up to 800 new homes on the site.
Marcus has worked alongside the wider consultant team and key stakeholders, including the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) and Transport for London (TfL), to support the progression of the site both as a standalone development and in the context of the adjoining Ballymore masterplan.
Marcus led the transport strategy for the scheme, developing a comprehensive sustainable transport approach and shaping proposals for the Canal Way public realm. This work focused on delivering high-quality active travel and placemaking improvements that could be implemented ahead of the wider masterplan, while ensuring integration with the long-term vision for the area.
Discussions are ongoing with RBKC and TfL on the planning application with recent updated documents submitted in Summer 2026.
