Rovia is advising on the redevelopment of Lever House in Kingston-upon-Thames, a prominent town centre site with an existing outline consent for up to 115 residential units and associated ground floor commercial space. The revised proposals seek to deliver a residential-led scheme comprising two buildings: an affordable housing tower of up to 8-storeys and a co-living tower of up to 18-storeys, providing approximately 27 affordable homes and 255 co-living units.

Rovia has provided strategic input throughout the evolution of the masterplan, helping to shape a development that balances placemaking, accessibility and operational requirements. This has included advising on vehicle access arrangements, parking provision, cycle facilities, servicing requirements and waste management to ensure the scheme functions efficiently while promoting sustainable travel choices.

The proposals make effective use of a highly sustainable urban location, delivering significant new housing opportunities within walking distance of Kingston town centre, public transport services and a wide range of local amenities. Rovia's advice has supported the creation of a well-connected and accessible development that responds to local planning objectives and contributes positively to the ongoing regeneration of the area. The planning application was submitted in June 2026 and is currently being consulted on.
