Market Warsop is a proposed residential development comprising up to 300 homes on 12 hectares. It is shaped by a range of constraints that make it a particularly engaging and complex project. The site includes existing allotments and notable level changes, both of which require a sensitive and strategic design approach.

Rovia is collaborating with Nottinghamshire County Council and Mansfield District Council to develop a masterplan that places active travel and strong links to the village centre at its core. At the same time, the team is crafting a tailored access strategy that supports both connectivity to the settlement and ensures priority for active modes.

At this stage, the focus is on securing an allocation within the emerging Local Plan.
