The Owlsbury Farm new settlement is a strategic mixed-use urban extension being promoted by Fairfax Properties on approximately 140 hectares of land west of Uckfield, East Sussex. The development comprises up to 1,550 new homes, including 35% affordable housing, together with a new neighbourhood centre, primary school, sports hub, later-living accommodation, extensive green infrastructure including a SANG and community facilities including retail, healthcare and sports provision.

From a transport perspective, the development proposes two vehicular access points from the A22, new pedestrian and cycle connections, enhanced public transport provision and integration with active travel routes. The transport strategy is focused on promoting sustainable travel choices while mitigating the impacts of a development of strategic scale on the wider highway network.

Jack Williams has been involved in the projects since 2023 at his former employer and has continued working on the resubmission since joining Rovia.
