Patrick has over 17 years’ experience and leads on projects from initial feasibility to construction, predominantly in the commercial (warehousing/distribution centres) and residential (housing, co-living, affordable and student) sectors.

He inputs into masterplans and the design of schemes, writes application documents and negotiates with stakeholders post submission. Patrick works closely with design teams and clients to ensure the best solutions are provided.

Patrick also leads our Road Safety Team, being a qualified Road Safety Auditor who carries out audits of new highway schemes on all types of roads.
