Stephen Eyton

Director

Stephen is a Director at Rovia with more than 25 years’ experience working with a range of private sector clients on residential, retail, commercial, and mixed-use developments across the UK. He is highly regarded for his expertise in tackling the complexities of urban development and for his collaborative approach to engaging with project teams, communities, and decision-makers. Stephen has also represented clients as an Expert Witness on multiple occasions.
