Tom is a Technical Director with 18 years’ experience in transport planning, highways, and civil engineering, spanning all sectors including residential, retail, commercial, masterplanning and mixed-use, sports and leisure, energy and renewables, and logistics and warehousing.

He has proven expertise in managing CAD operations, ensuring quality control, and delivering preliminary designs that meet relevant standards suitable for all planning applications. In his current role, Tom manages the CAD output of the company.

Tom and his team support the Transport Planners in providing design and feasibility assessments for proposed developments. Tom demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of transport and civil engineering practices, gained through hands-on involvement in projects spanning concept to completion.
